Welcome to Apex Cricketer. By using our mobile application or website (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Apex Cricketer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Apex Cricketer. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Post false, misleading, or manipulated match scores.
  • Impersonate another person or create fake profiles.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users through messages or comments.
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or spam.
  • Violate intellectual property rights of CloudArmor Ltd or other users.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (profile pictures, team logos, match data). However, by posting content, you grant Apex Cricketer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service.

6. Match & Tournament Integrity

  • Match scores, tournament results, and player statistics must be recorded honestly.
  • Organizers are responsible for fair play and tournament management.
  • We reserve the right to remove fraudulent matches or tournaments.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (excluding user content) are owned by CloudArmor Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. You may also delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudArmor Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
